My story
Canadian born artist Lily Jackson has been living in the States since 1991, Her art education includes Red River College in Winnipeg, Canada (obtained a Commercial Art Certificate); Vancouver City College and Douglas College in Vancouver, Canada; Lake Tahoe College in South Lake Tahoe, California obtaining an Associates Degree with an Art Major and the University of Nevada at Reno.
Lily participated in several student art shows in both Lake Tahoe Collège and UNR and has won several ribbons. Her work has also been shown in a gallery in Pennsylvania. She has worked as an artist's model so has experienced both sides of the easel.
Lily has own an Art Studio/Gallery and Bistro in South Lake Tahoe, CA that also featured other local artist's. The gallery contained an beer/wide lounge (Blood Sweat & Tears) where local musicians were promoted.
Besides her passion for art, Lily enjoys many different crafts, sewing, gardening, traveling, Family time, wine tasting, home repairs both NFL and CFL football and hockey.
